Grace

Grace (she/her) is a finance and operations specialist dedicated to supporting grassroots organisations to thrive. With a background in delivering bespoke “back office” support, she brings clarity, structure, and sustainability to organisations often navigating complex and under-resourced environments.Grace is the founder of The Activist Ledger, where she provides bookkeeping and financial strategy services tailored to values-led organisations. Through Auntie’s House CIC, she extends this work into fiscal hosting, creating a trusted home for projects that need financial infrastructure without losing their autonomy.Her approach is grounded in care, transparency, and empowerment. Grace believes that when communities are properly resourced and supported behind the scenes, they can focus on what matters most: creating meaningful change.

Dee

Dee (she/her) is a convener, organiser, and founder of the Black Feminist Bookshop, a home for resistance, imagination, and care.

Inspired by Black feminist writers, they organise pop-ups, events, and book clubs, and collaborate with Black women and queer authors, activists, and practitioners working towards Black liberation. She provides communities with a platform to engage with literature as a force for radical social change. 

Dee is wholehearted about creating sustainable, radical infrastructure and organisations that support grassroots groups and movement work to thrive.

Euella

Euella Jackson (she/her) is an experienced leader, film-maker and facilitator with a strong background working within process-driven collective leadership, governance and reparative justice roles. Storytelling is the thread that links all her work and is often centred around care, change-making and creating inclusive spaces through systems-design and storytelling that galvanise peoples and organisations towards radical social change. Through her work as a Co-Director of Rising Arts Agency CIC, being a member of the Transformational Governance Stewarding Group and an Associate with PG (Practical Governance) Collective, Euella has nearly 10 years experience in consulting, leadership and stewardship roles, supporting both physical and virtual communities of leaders, trustees, wealth holders and organisational stakeholders to see that new ways are possible.
